The current method of reporting false positives to FirstAlert!, while it (usually) works, is cumbersome and somewhat removed from the observation of the problem. I spot a message that is improperly markes as Known Spam in the message list in MWPro. To report it, though, I have to download it to my mail client (or my Wife's mail client on another PC), remember which message it was, remember what the address is that I need to send it to, forward it and add a message to the analyst, etc. More often than not, I forget to do this (or don't have time when I first see it, and by the time I get to it at the end of the day several others have also been marked as Known Spam).

There really should be a "report as false positive" checkbox so that "Process Mail" automatically sends them right at the time.
