I have ran a NAV deep scan several times and am unable to delete these files: BHO.dll, ipinsigt.dll, IPINSIGT.DLL, and a virus called susp.exe. The threat name for this virus is named download.trojan. NAV will not fix these files. Could someone tell me what I need to do to get rid of these?

It seems based on the files that you mention that you have perhaps had Whazit and IpInsight malware on your machine at some point in the past. I cannot see anything wrong with your log at the moment. Perhaps these instructions on how to remove IpInsight & Whazit might help:

In Hijack This, check ALL of the following items. Doublecheck so as to be sure not to miss a single one.
Next, close all browser Windows, and have HT fix all checked.

Finally, download Spybot - Search & Destroy, if you haven't already got the program.

Now press Settings, and Settings again.
Go to the Webupdate section, and check "Display also available beta versions".

Now press Online, and search for, put a check mark at, and install all updates.

Next, close all Internet Explorer windows, hit 'Check for Problems', and have SpyBot remove all it finds.

Now restart your computer.

NOTE: Don't be taken aback by the fact that you will have installed so called "Beta" updates.
Unlike is the case with some of its competitors, SpyBot updates are first issued as betas for a few days in order to iron out possible problems.
These are extremely rare, and these updates are absolutely reliable.

You're clean. Where does NAV say the infected files are located? In the Restore folder?

After the deep scan, NAV says it has found 0 infected files and 2 at-risk files located at C:\\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\BHO.DLL and at C:\Documents and Settings\default\Local Settings\Temp\Susp.cab

OK, the BHO.dll browser plugin isn't active, so it's harmless. It's advisable to delete the file, though.

And it's ALWAYS a good idea to regularly delete the entire contents of that C:\Documents and Settings\default\Local Settings\Temp folder.

That should put an end to your NAV messages.

Ok, I was able to delete the BHO.DLL file but I cannot find my Local Settings folder in the Default subfolder in the C drive. How do I find it?

That's interesting, BTW: FYI, Hijack This will unregister and remove Twaintec.dll itself without a prob, and thus disable the software on all operating systems, but apparently on Win 9x this would still leave an orphaned mxtarget.dll behind, which it would be a good idea to nuke as well.

Must make a note of this!
