I like them too.. they'd have to be clearer, in addition to having a transparent background. Problem with phpbb2 is that it can only take one image.. so if a certain flair is to be repeated then it has to be repeated in a single image I can link to.

repeatable for sure and you could try pulling them from the U.S. Army........

Yeah, something along those lines are neat. But those in particular are somewhat hard to distinguish.
