Am I correct in thinking that you have to attain a certain level on the site before you can attach images?

I tried looking in the FAQ, but I was obviously looking for the wrong thing. I was looking for "attachment" and not "image." Thanks for the help.

I'm still integrating parts of the site. For now the attachment feature isn't integrated with the forums, but you can submit images and files here:
