Updates include:
AntiDrive-by
AntiBot
Rescue System
Backup
and Most importantly Avira Antivir Premium (the paid AV version) now also includes web guard so it offers real time protection. It was always a little strange for me that only the Security Suite had Real Time Protection and not the paid AV version, but now they've solved that problem.

I may revisit Avira's av program after my current av subscription expires. I have dsl now and I hear that they added more servers so the updating should be easier.
