hi, dont ask me how i found this site lol. i recently got ubuntu and i need to put a file into my plugin directory in the firefox folder. i cant do this because of user restrictions and cant login to root as its disabled on this particual verious of linux. how do i do it?

Ubuntu *does* allow for running as root, just not logging in as root. To do so, just use the sudo command: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/RootSudo
