The soft2008-freeware.com download mentioned a few days earlier hits a number of Zlob items. Among them was this
hxxp://91.203.92.13/files/42/0/file.exe
Visiting the IP is cute. The file has poor coverage and didn't generate any traffic right away when run, but did delete itself.
