I was only able to download ccos.exe which is detected by most AV companies.
A quicker way to submit malware URLs for possible inclusion on the malware listserv is here 
/mirt
If a URL is submitted to MIRT, an abuse report may be sent to the owner of the server the malware is being hosted on.
