Basically TrendMicro has acquired the highly regarded DarkSpy Anti-rootkit program developed by CardMagic and Wowocock.
CardMagic has been hired by TrendMicro.
I wish CardMagic all the luck in the world as he is a highly gifted kernel programmer and a fine fellow!!
In the meantime, DarkSpy 1.05 is still available for download here in RAR format (thank you, CardMagic):

It seems that the anti-rootkit tools are being picked up one by one by security vendors.
Microsoft alone has already aquired Rootkitrevealer, Rootkit unhooker and Gamma/Copilot.
Congrats to CardMagic and Wowocock!
