My dream is to be able to blacklist my spam but without the bouncing. Have noticed that over a period of about 6 months, bouncing offending email had no impact. Even after bouncing messages, still got email from the SAME offender (same from email, same topic, identical subject).
Bouncing also takes time so I want to be able to blacklist people but not bother with bouncing. At the moment can "blacklist" all but then it sets to bounce all. If I disable bouncing, then "blacklisting" all does not appear to work.
It seems that the blacklist and bounce features are linked. Can they be unlinked. Perhaps in a future version.
We live in hope.

Bouncing must be disabled everywhere; in the blacklists, the filters, and the accounts before it is effectively turned off.
Blacklisting can be enabled irrespective as to whether the message is bounced.
