I use NOD32 for its speed (much faster than any other competitives I've tested so far), low footprints, superb heuristics which saved me from the latest Bagle threats without needing to update (!!!) and the best detection of In-The-Wild viruses (according to Virus Bulletin, it's been awarded 29 times so far).
