This is my review of Ewido Security Suite 3.0 free.

I can't comment on the full version as I have never installed it.
Haven't tried customer support.

Installation was smooth for me.
I scan with Ewido once a week on average.
It usually finds something and I haven't experienced any false positives to date.
I installed it on a family member's computer and Ewido free did detect and clean a few trojans and a lot of spyware. It works and it's free so I recommend it to family and friends on a regular basis.

Three things that I noticed from my experience with Ewido are that;
1)updates are daily. In my opinion that's impressive for a free program!
2)spyware detection is very good! Ewido finds spyware on my computer after Giant and AdAware SE scanning & cleaning sessions. That's a bonus that I didn't expect.
3)analysis.This feature is really useful! There are three areas included under this tab of the console. Startup,Connections,and Processes are displayed.
You can save a report,delete a startup program,terminate a process and/or connection.

Ewido is easy to use,has been stable and effective for me.
