I am responsible for maintenance of a small network at my place of work. I have spent too many hours cleaning up the messes that were created by employees using IE. The majority of staff have little concern or knowledge of internet issues. I had tried educating them in internet security, with some small success, but it was only until the arrival of Firefox did many of my headaches disappeared. I installed Mozilla Firefox (first on one as a test then on all about two months later) about eight months ago and have never regretted it. The tab feature is invaluable in our type business (video rental and sales). I still keep up with antivirus and spyware blockers but I support Firefox 100%

I think and it is only my opinion that Firefox is the greatest think since sliced bread.I know there are a lot of Teck Heads out there that can find fault with some of program ,but speaking for those of us who know just enough about computers to find most of the thinkg we try to look up.I am in that class and that is what is so great about Mozilla.Before I installed Firefox I ran a loseing battle with Pop Ups,Spy Ware,About Blank and anything anyone wanted to stick into my computer,and take out of my computer I might add.Opening IE 6 is just linviteing everyone in like a open house.
So far with Firefox,a good Firewall and a Spyware program I have so far escaped total destruction.

I''ve been using FireFox for about 7mnths now & except for a few occasions(Windows Updates) i''d never use IE again. I switched to FF when IE wasn''t working correctly & was amazed by the speed & extensions. Great Prog/Browser. Highly Reccomend!

great program, fantastic features apart from the lack of plugins and like hell am i installing java sun what ever they called when i got java on my system, depending what im doing varies what i use from FF or IE one day ill get off my rear and learn to combine the wonders of both to make Internet Fox yeah lol, all in all good program

In 6 months of using this, I have needed IE only once. The only thing I''d like to see improved is that links don''t change colours permanently when used. This makes message board usage difficult, as one cannot see which messages one has already viewed.

This is a terrific browser! I''ll keep IE 6 only for those extremely rare occasions when active X is required.
