This was on a customers computer. I ran NOAdware scan and it found 200 critical items which were all Sextracker cookies.
I loaded Lavasofts free AdAware and ran a scan. It found 203 additional items including 10 (!) Cool Web items.
NOT impressed.

My Score:

If I could put in a minus sign it would be there. I downloaded and installed ''NoAdWare'' on my system, which is very clean. O/S Win98SE v3.10.2222A/w Agnitum OutPost FREE FireWall, SpyBotSearch&Destroy with TeaTimer, HiJackThis, AntiVir v6.32.x.x ßeta1, SpoofStick v1.05, and an ISP (on dialup) with the best SPAM blocking software so not too much gets through. When running the (barf, hack, cough) ''NoAdWare'' it found some baddies, three (3), but could not remove them until I had purchased a license, WRONG!!! After removing it and then doing my other scans found they were BOGUS entries. They were in the Registry file only nothing infecting, so I just removed them and all was well again. I did a second install just to prove to myself that they were BOGUS and they were back. Removed them the second time and STOPPED installing that software.

That is my story and I will stick to it,
CU L8R,
