MWAV

My Score:

Hi I downloaded this MWAV, scanned it with Trojon Hunter, Norton AV 2004, TD3, and Ewido - all clear.

I ran the .exe and it came up with 20 items of ''infection''. None of these have been picked up before by the following:

Adaware, Spybot, Bazooka, CWShredder, Ewido, A2, TD3, Norton AV 2004, CounterSpy, MSAS, Zone Alarm AntiSpyware, and numerous online scans. All security progs have latest definitions/latest versions.

I noted that as soon as I rebooted after doing the scan with MWAV that Port 135 [which I had closed using Windows Worms Door Cleaner] had been opened.

I have started searching for info on the ''infections'' that MWAV listed, and one at least isn''t according to where my research lead me - to Wilders Forum. I haven''t had to deal with false positives before....but whoo hoe what is going on here/can I be afford to spend any more time researching? I will certainly be looking out for any other comments from the CastleCops collective.

I''ve rated it 1 so far. The idea is good.
