Compare Product Reviews in this ClassI bought spysubtract a while back. It was a great program, but they became Trend Micro 3.0 and I've hated it ever since. Due to lack of computer smarts, I've had to format my ccomputer a few times. The problem with the software is your only allowed to re-install and active it about three or four times before it says I've exceeded the allowed number of times. They say to click the hyper-link for help. It is like a lot of poor services, you spend hours trying to reach any kind of help. I'm writing them a letter because even snail mail is faster then their customer service or lack of customer service online. I won't be renewing my account with them come due time. Once the companies start getting bigger they tend to forget that the customer is what butters the bread................I give em a 1 out of 10 due to the fustration they have caused me. -nogo-
