While I do not think this product is necessarily bad, I do think the company behind it lacks in quiet a few areas. For years now H+BEDV has been beating around the bush about incremental updating. After a very long wait they come out with a BETA version, and no infrastructure to support it. They do not tell nor even hint as to when the BETA period will end. Individuals have complained about the difficulty in making contact with the server(s) to try and maintain this product, only to be given every conceivable excuse one can think of, but never when they can expect a definitive fix. No representative from the company will discuss these issues on any forum including their own. Castle Cops has on more than one occasion attempted to aid them in resolving this situation, and as far as I know has not even been given the courtesy of a reason as to why they decline. Once again, individuals are complaining about not being able to update this product, only to be given the same tired old excuses. The attitude of this company appears to be if you are not in Europe, we don't really care about you. Thanks Original Wildman (Wildman)
