I have tested ZA Security Suite on two different PCs and I am going to remove the software. This product is buggy, causes problems and is over-priced. Customer support is non existent unless you pay for it. My biggest complaint is that VSMON starts and runs at every PC reboot even if ZA is not set to auto start and the rest of ZA does not load. I have to then start ZA and immediatley stop it to get VSMON unloaded. I run two different email clients: Courier and Outlook and this ZA package causes my email clients to randomly stop working, no POP3 and no send. When ZA is not running but VSMON is running, VSMON interferes with Counterspy and prevents Counterspy from accessing the Internet for updates. I have ZA configured with all functions OFF except for program control and it still causes these problems. ZA also seems to make Counterspy sometimes run at 98~99 % CPU use. When I shut ZA down and vsmon is NOT loaded, I have no problems at all. The symptoms are the same for two PCs.How can Checkpoint steal our money and provide nothing useful in return? I am an IT professional and I will not longer install or recommend this product.
