I find Zonelabs Security Suite to be extremely effective. Regarding customer service, I have not had any negative experiences; however, I have heard that Zonelabs does not provide the best customers service. It is interesting how negative people are towards both Zonelabs and Symantec products; however, they continue to remain industry leaders. I find their products to be very secure and reliable.
