The worst. New and Improved is anything BUT improved. Interferes with everything. Customer service is NON-EXISTENT. As soon as this subscription runs out, I'm switching to McAfee or some other brand. Definitely not the same Symantec/Norton products I've come to rely on for over 10 years.

Totally agree with your comments. I had Norton for about 5 years with no problems but all of a sudden it recently went haywire & started blocking everything for no apparent reason. I couldn''t send or recieve e-mails (for which Norton blamed my SP) + IE kept crashing.
I have removed Norton & now magically my PC is back to its lovely self.
I also did not get a response to my cries for help in English but managed to get a reply in French - uninstall & reinstall. Well, that didn''t work either. It won''t reinstall whether I want it to or not.
I was extremely iritated by Nortons lack of assisance when I did have a query & every year I had to go through the American download site to get the new version as it kept trying to give it to me in German !

I have switched to Kaspersky & all is well.
