I can't say enough good things about this software! I am a mobile support tech in Las Vegas, NV and have been seeing a lot of a malware infection VirusBurster the last 2-3 weeks and while Prevx1 isn't the only way to get rid of this foul infection, it is by far the cleanest way I have found to date.

I have installed Prevx1 on at least 2 PC's that had been infected by this malware for at least several days and after installing and updating Prevx1 this thing was history within just 2 reboots...very clean, indeed.

I had one false positive after a complete XP-Pro SP2 reload on my son's computer and I emailed them the details and within a couple hours I had a response confirming my findings and assuring me that this issue was being dealt with presently. I am very pleased with their attention to user input and the speed of their response. Very refreshing...

I also like the way they allow you to try their product. You can install it to deal with a problem or just to prevent them and your FREE Trial Period doesn't begin until Prevx1 actually stops/fixes a problem. At this time you get a full 32 days of full product use. Their licensing options are also unique in that you can pay by the month, quarter, or year for protection (and monitoring is FREE forever). This is one product that I will definitely be happy to pay for and recommend to my clients.
