Compare Product Reviews in this ClassI agree Norton pro 2004 fell flat on their faces but I had no problem un-installing it and the firewall would not work properly. As I was talking to my ISP one day they said they could see me and norton wasn't doing jack. Norton waited until a trojan got in before it would tell you, oh yeah bye the way you've got a trojan. Zone Alarm which I am using now tells you a trojan is trying to get in and stops it dead in it's tracks. I never knew why it takes so long for norton to get installed when Zone Zlarn takes but a minute and you're done. It kinda makes you think what next? That's it? Great. And the customer service at norton needs alot of upgrading. Their CS really sucks, sort of like the program.
