So far Bill P has been very helpful trying to get the new version to work, and now offers version 7 again for those that may experience a problem such as mine. It's a great program, but I'd advise keeping a copy of the older version until you see how ver. 8 behaves on your PC.... Ratings here are for the current support, and Ver 7....
