Compare Product Reviews in this ClassMy only regret is that I didn't download Firefox sooner. Guess I thought it wouldn't work with a lot of websites--wrong! I've noticed a mere handful that don't work right, and it's that website's loss, not mine. Get with it, webmasters. Firefox is the wave of the future.
With I.E., my personal info, passwords etc. were easily hijacked. There have been so many patches one can hardly keep up with them. Microsoft has sat on its laurels for so long and has had a smug attitude about their products. With I.E. still grabbing 94% of the marketplace, there is little incentive to produce a quality product.
Firefox, on the other hand, seems geared to providing the best browser available, giving the consumer the ability to tailorize it according to the user's needs. Thus you can have a bare bones browser or one loaded with features--it's up to you. The password keeper is a stroke of genius. Downloads have never been simpler or more under my control.
If you have been hesitating to try out Firefox, don't put it off any longer. You will be pleasantly surprised. This is one foxy little browser!
