Excellent programme. Works well in conjunction with a number of other spy detection programmes (It's never a good idea to rely entirely one one programme). Removal of bugs is usually straightforward and the customer support isnt bad either, when things do go wrong.

My only concerns

1) Referring files for further inspection is not as easy as it should be.

2) Updates dependent on renewal subscriptions.

3) Boot up scanner slows some systems to a crawl, even with high end processors and lots of RAM.
