This is one of the BEST programmes I have ever used for finding and removing spyware, trojans etc. It has already found 3. previously unknown, variants of the W32IRC Bot (Norton) and a virus deguised in Panda Antivirus Programme. I cant recommend this one highly enough, though the cost is a on the high side. When I have tried all the other programmes and found nothing, I use this one, just to check.

If your at risk, or simply paranoid, this is the one for you.
