Compare Product Reviews in this ClassExcellent! This program found and removed CoolWebSearch, Smart Tags, TIBS Dialer, Daily Toolbar, vx2(Transponder) and Twain-tech (or at least traces of these nasties!). Some of these may have been neutered and partially removed by programs listed below, but I was still having general problems with my PC (slow response, decreased hard-drive capacity, etc.) and SpySweeper seems to have cleared up any remaining problems.
I also run Ad-aware, Spybot S&D, Spyware Guard, Spyware Blaster and CWShredder and these are regularly updated so the malware must have been pretty persistent to still have been present prior to me running SpySweeper.
SpySweeper itself is very easy to use and has some very useful options (scheduled scans, etc.)
I currently have this product on a 30 day trial and will definitely be subscribing!
PS I have not needed to use customer support, so far, so can not give a fair score for this.
