I emailed encrypted files last week. I mailed a copy to myself to make sure there were no problems, and they worked file.
Now I have an email from the recipient that they can't decrypt the files. I went to the file I mailed to myself and have the same problem. I get a webpage with no place to enter a password. I also get a java window that says:

When I click on the help file it says firetrust doesn't exist (but I can log on to firetrust.com from my browser.
This seems to happen intermittently -- what is the problem? We need to be able to know that the recipient will be able to view a file in a timely fashion.
