I received an email on 18 Aug 2005 with the subject "Spy Sniper Pro" ostensibly from a Marisa P. Salgado. The message is as follows:

After visiting and reviewing the website there were several factors that caused me to doubt the legitimacy of the application. I reported these and the circumstances in a post at Spyware Warrior to bring it the attention of Eric Howes. After review it has been added to the Rogue List.
