I haven't seen anyone post what their BSOD actually said, so this may not work for everyone. I was getting an IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (0x000000D1) on FWDRV.SYS. It usually happened when I added a rule with the Permit/Deny window, and not always the first time I added one.
1. Find FWDRV.SYS, it should be in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\
2. Delete FWDRV.SYS
3. Run the Kerio installer and tell it to Repair
Now my only problem is the CPU usage going through the roof when I bring up the "Overview" tab and I have a P2P/bittorrent client running (lots of connections). It also freezes up for over a minute when I open the GUI, regardless of the tab it starts on. They seriously need a limiter on their connection scan.

Try unchecking "resolve address" within the overview, connections window. Right-click to acces this option. That may help.

Has Kapow751's suggestion worked for anyone? I'd be interested to know.

Most helpful, Militiagoat, NOT! What have you actually tried to do to resolve your problems?
FWIW I have been running 4.2.3 on XPpro SP2 for several months now and have yet to see a BSOD after the first week. _________________

I'm not experiencing this problem myself but was just curious to see if this helped.

I tried running Kerio last night for the first time and got the same BSOD that the OP reported. It occurred while I was clicking the Permit button several times in a row. It's version v4.2.3.912, which I downloaded on 2006-05-12.
The system is 2.8GHz P4, 1GB RAM, Win2000 SP4.
I uninstalled it and am trying another product.
