An announcement here says "Sunbelt KPF 4.3.246 Released", which I presume then is the latest version.
I have no idea which of the following are regarded as THE version number, but "About..." says this
| Code: | System Service: 4.2.3
User interface: 4.2.3
Driver: 4.2.5979
KFE API: 4.2.2746
HIPS driver: 1.0.1807
|
But none of them say "4.3.246" so why when I clcik the "Check now" button I get the response "New version is not available yet. The lastest one is installed on your system."
How do I get the latest version?
Jason

Thanks for that, but it appears to be for the free version but I've paid my money, does the free version upgrade a paid version?

It's the free trial of the paid version.
I don't know how the licences work out.
Maybe root around a little on that site or wait till
they push updates? _________________ MS's "New Coke"

Ah! You mean they are not yet pushing it out to all, I presumed I was caught in some sort of problem with the updating, rather than some choice of Sunbelts.
In which case I will wait till they push it out to me.

No, I'm saying I don't know because I use the free version and I don't know if your updates are working or not.
I have allready got the new version so I can't test the
update function.
Sorry.
Maybe someone will jump in that knows.
Did you try customer support, seeing as you're a paying
customer? _________________ MS's "New Coke"

Good idea. The licensing thing seems a bit flaky at the moment. If you install the newer version and have an original license from Kerio it seems not to recognize it. If you have an existing Sunbelt license then it does. _________________

I've got multiple licenses for Kerio which I obtained from Sunbelt.
Can you confirm that the free download would upgrade my paid for version?

Short answer yes.
If you install it then you will have the opportunity to enter your licence key.
Save your settings first. _________________ MS's "New Coke"

I am also on a Sunbelt license and I downloaded/installed the update without ever shutting KPF down. When I rebooted I got the registration screen but it already had my license key entered and I haven't seen the screen since. _________________

Is there a frog fetish here on this BB?
But thank you both of you, I will give the upgrade a go.
