I've had the firewall for afew days and I had afew problems so I emailed tech support. I was givien the info to create a ZIP file and emailed it to them. How long does it normally take to hear back from them on this?

It depends on the problems. In my experience, I usually hear back (a 2nd time) very quickly, especially if a new beta build is available that purports to fix the problem(s) that I submitted.

What were your issues? Did you ever hear a response?
