Hi any help would be good. I just downloaded ZoneAlarm® Internet
Security Suite and I have the serial code. But whenever I start-up the installer I get this message

"This application has failed to start because zpy.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this proble."

when that message pops-up i press ok the installer continues and this message pops-up

"Setup is unable to log into TrueVector service. Install cannot continue without logging into TrueVector service. Please use the service manager to shut down the TrueVector service and then restart the installer program.

so i was wondering if anyone knows what I can do because I've purchased the code and I need to get the program running.

If you are running windows XP go into the admin control panel and see if True Vector is listed in services.

Do you have another firewall installed? Also you can try and boot to safe mode and install it there , then when rebooting, boot into windows normally.
