I recently bought the latest version of the zonealarm suite and now I am unable to get Windows Messenger live to connect to the internet. It worked for about 2 weeks and now it doesn't let me sign on with windows live messenger. I can get messenger to connect to the internet when I shut down the firewall. Is there anything that I can do?

Windows messenger is set to full access to the internet. It is in the trusted zone and it even has full acces in IM security section of zone alarm. (I even tried it with shutting off the IM security feature.)

I looked at option 1 and I don't feel like I have enough experience with changing the list of codes.
For option two, I have all of those marked as trusted and it still doesn't work. If option 1 is the only way to fix the problem, then I will discontinue using Messenger and try another program.
