I did an uninstall of ZA and now it will not install. It says it cannot log into true vector, please stop it from running. I check and it is not running and it is not listed under services.
Any help?

Try to follow these steps and see if this resolves your problem:

If not, please provide more details, i.e.
- your Windows version
- what ZoneAlarm do you have (free, Pro, etc.)
- what was the version you uninstalled
- what is the version you try to install
