I have my Program Control options set so that programs have to ask me for access, but these Kern32 files keep popping up, with complete Access and Server abilities...the actual programs they are running look like some sort of trojan or virus or something (e.g. MuqaZ.exe, Wwe1X.exe, Cjo9gQ88.exe) all in my System32 folder. Is there any way I can keep these things out and especially get rid of them totally?

I'm not a Hijack This expert, but it sounds to me like you need to run Hijack This and then paste your log into the Hijacked forum above on this page. That would be the best way to see what is going on.
