Cheating in world chess championships is nothing new, study suggests

Kramnik has explained that there are board displays in the rest rooms and that he finds it less stressful looking at those in peace and quiet away from the tensions of the actual board.
Personally, I think it laughable that anyone would take these claims seriously at this level - they are the most scrutinised of competitions since Fischer's match with Spassky.
In tournaments, however, it certainly does occur - as a couple of such incidents in the US proved (and, no, that isn't a slur on US players!).
As to his play resembling Fritz's suggestions ... I suppose if Kasparov had chosen the same moves, would this prove that Kramnik was being prompted by Kasparov in his rest room?
I think not! 
So, ... it's all to play for in the last game!

I was not suggesting that cheating had actually taken place. And who is to say where another can best think? I merely found the news item interesting from an historical perspective and thought I would share it.
No slur taken my friend. 
What happens if Game 12 is a draw?

I knew you weren't suggesting anything untowards regarding the players: it's just the sad state of modern sport psychology - what used to be called "gamesmanship" if the opponent tried to "mess with your mind" over the board, ... because it's his team doing it, it doesn't count.
If the match is drawn, it depends on whose rules by which they're playing - the one's on which they signed an agreement (and we saw how binding that was!) or FIDE's rules.
Basically, they'll have to play quick games until there's a winner.
The tiebreak consists of four rapid games (25 minutes plus ten seconds each move) followed by, if needed, two blitz games (five minutes plus ten seconds each move), and if needed one last decisive sudden death game. The player who wins the lots, may choose the colour. White will have six minutes, Black five. When this game ends in a draw, the player with the black pieces will be the new world champion.
