I just tried to open and run HJT but as soon as the window opening it kept closing itself. No problem I thought, I uninstalled HJT and went to reinstall from download.com but everytime I go the site and type "HJT" the window closes itself. This happens when I try this on other download sites. OK I think I'll look on the CastleCops HJT page but the same thing happens, as soon as the page starts to load IE closes itself, seems to be any page relating to HJT. PLEASE don't move this post to the HJT forum as I CANNOT access the page without the window shutting. Any help very much appreciated. By the way I've run up to date AVG Virus checker, SpyBot Search & Destroy and Ad-Aware SE and Cleanup40 and am still having this problem.

Thanks for the link but when I clicked it all three IE browsers I had open closed themselves. This seems to happen with any site relating to HJT, including the CastleCops Forum page on HJT!

if you manage to download, then rename the file to something else in case the badware running is checking for file name
