Hello all. Thank you so much for your dedication to this project, it has not gone unnoticed or unappreciated.

We’ve had couple of recent technical issues that stalled our day-to-day operations. First was the issue with our service provider that has been resolved. Second was a fire that took down power and communications, it has been restored. However, we have a backlog of submissions and new applications we were unable to process during this period.

We also spoke before a large law enforcement group this week. While it took a day away from our core work, events like this are very important for getting the word out and making effective contacts.

Anyway, we’ve made the decision to release the reports tonight even though the most recent date will be from last week. Everything should be up to date by next week’s reports. For those who’ve applied for membership and have not received a notice yet, you will this weekend.

We do have some good news. Significant process improvements in the last month have greatly increased our accuracy and speed. This will result in more sites getting shutdown, and quicker than before. This may also result in some spammers not being very happy with us, and we’re planning for that as well.

Going through some Fred memorabilia recently, I ran across an old and very rare photo taken of Fred and little Knujon at the edge of the spam swamp. I thought I’d share this with you. Knujon is just barely visible.

Fred had gained a lot of weight in those days, because of his diet. He was consuming large amounts of spam then. We can only imagine what that experience must have been like for little Knujon. Knujon of course went on to become a great spam fighter. Just like his famous uncle.
