The single thing that messed me up getting stated with Mailwasher Pro was the lack of clear defination on the "Learning" checkboxes. It was not intutive at all that the right box was "This is a "friend"" and the left box was "this is an enemy". The tool tips were of no use, in fact, they were more confusing than if they hadn't been there. I would recommend separate columns for "learning" that were "blacklist" and "friend" which should totally take care of the confusion.
