Hello there.
I wonder if anyone can help me with this? Every now and then my mouse seems to develop a life of its own and the pointer moves all over the screen of its own accord opening /closing windows etc. The only way to stop it is to reboot the pc and hope for the best. I haven't a clue what this problem is and other than that my pc appears to be fine....
Thanking you all in anticipation of your help and advice.

We'd like a closer look at your configuration:
Go to http://tomcoyote.org/hjt/ , and download 'Hijack This!'.
Unzip, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".
When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, save the log somewhere, and please show us its contents.
Most of what it lists will be harmless or even required, so do NOT fix anything yet.
Someone here will be happy to help you analyze the results.

Thank you,Jerrycheng, for your reply, but I have to tell you that when I try the link I am told the site is under construction???? In the meantime I have run spybot and cleaned out some "bad stuff", so maybe that'll help. I run Norton Antivirus and it is coming up clean with no infections showing either.
