I have a friend who is running Windows ME and her image dimensions no longer show up in the file properties, any ideas?

What you describe may not be a standard feature in the Windows ME version of Windows Explorer, which I believe just reports the file size, not image dimensions. Your friend is probably opening the image file in a different program or using a third-party shell extension application to find the image dimensions.

One such application that your friend may find useful is File Informer:
