Why do some posts have so many views but yet not even one quick reply? There should be a list of multiple choice responses from which the helpers could pick from to copy and paste so that the person who posted doesn't keep on waiting and wondering.

If you are talking about your post in the HJT forum, see  /t134063-Unhandled_Logs.html for instructions on what to do if you do not get an answer. As is obvious, that forum gets a lot of traffic and staff is very busy. The number of reads does not mean that your post is being ignored by staff.
I would also point out that posting a query about not getting a response in another person's thread in the HJT forum really does not help. Also, it is bad form to post in another's thread in that forum.

I'm sorry and do apologize. I know it isn't an excuse but I do know that if I could sleep somewhat normal like most people do, I would function better.
