I recently had some malware removed, and a hijackthis log checked and confirmed, yet I still cannot install ZOne Alarm Suite, it gets to about 72% of the installation process and then tells me I don't have access to install it, and to try from an admin account, though my login for Windows (XP SP2) IS the admin account. Any suggestions? Thanks

I ran CCleaner just before trying to install. The exact error message I get is: Error You do not have the access to make the required system configuration modifications. Please rerun this installation from an administers account.

In Safe Mode, do you log in as an administrator?

Follow the instructions here, http://forum.zonelabs.org/zonelabs/board/message?board.id=AllowAccess&message.id=103 To uninstall the failed attempts at installing, then reboot to safe mode and try installing again.
