I've been using Grisoft products for several years and currently run AVG Internet Security. On October 21 I renewed for 2 additional years but have not received the new license code.

I've sent three e-mail messages to sales@grisoft.com with a copy of the paid invoice attached. I also sent a message through a Grisoft web site form. There has been no response concerning the renewal or the new license key.

I have not been able to find any telephone number or a way to find a live Grisoft person. The current license has now expired and I'm pestered with a frequent nag screens about renewal.

Any similar experiences? Anyone have suggestions about how to contact Grisoft? It's a bit frustrating.

I have not received the Licence Number by e- mail, therefore I cannot install the purchased program.

The License Number would have been sent to your registered email address within two hours after your payment had been processed.
If you did not obtain the confirmation email with your AVG License Number yet, kindly check your spam filter settings in order to be able to receive e-mails from

If you are not able to find the email with the registration information, please contact our Sales Support team and we will resend your License Number.

Just FYI - this has been solved by private communication.... Looks like some ISPs are really picky about the sender domain Really was an invalid spam detection issue
