There appears to be a problem with the Recycle Bin GUI.

On opening the Recycle Bin for the first time I get a small window with all of the buttons shown. If I then enlarge the window to full size the buttons are still present. If I then close the window and reopen the Recycle Bin afterwards, a small window appears without any of the buttons. If you attempt to enlarge the window to full size you just move the window without resizing it and the buttons are still missing. If you now close the window and reopen it, the Recycle Window reappears small but with the buttons shown.

It appears that if you close the enlarged Recycle Bin window that you will when reopening it, you will have lost the buttons again.
