In general, will Windows 95 computers support USB??? I guess the real question is does Windows 95 support USB?

Not natively, and usually (depending on the device) not very well either. You will have to find W95 compatible USB drivers for both the on board USB as well as the USB device itself. Considering how old W95 is, they may be almost impossible to find, but you might just get lucky.

Good. I was thinking about buying a pc for a dedicated use, and happened to think about not seeing USB until more recent times.

Can't do that one.
