computer management can run fine in control panel but its cannot run from the context menu
y this happen? how to fix this..??

You didn't mention which operating system you are using.

Here is a possible fix for Windows XP:

http://windowsxp.mvps.org/manage.htm

You will be editing your registry. Make sure that you backup your registry and know how to restore the backup before proceeding.

still not working...
im using win xp pro sp2

im also have plenty of problemssssss with this windows, its has messed up badly... and i cant repair/upgrade the windows cause its say some files are missing in the CD... but i've try the CD with different pc and its working fine... and also i use 3 different CD but the SAME problem still occur... Shocked

Human - it sounds very suspicious that you are having so many problems, but not being able to run management console from the desktop shortcut *only* sounds like one of 2 things has happened - your Network administrator has disabled access to that tool from your desktop (without actually disabling the tool) or else you've been infected with some sort of Malware.

Get registered with CC, and then follow the steps outlined in this CastleCops Wiki article - it will lead you through a few steps to perform on your own and then refer you to the appropriate forum to continue along in your quest to be Malware free.

i dont think its causes of malware, cause this all happen when i create a new account and delete the old account...

"help and support" also cannot run...

Then create another account and try to run it from there - simple, fast check.

Also, is the new account that you created an administrator account? If not, there is your answer....
