I have been to countless other computer security sites yet none have a solution.

Ive been infected with the Poison Ivy Trojan and have tried many AVs but they dont detect it, Nod 32, Antivir, Kapersky, Vundo, Ad-adware.

I have also tried removing specific registry keys that cause the trojan to start.

The trojan poses as a firefox.exe under processes and causes my computer lag. im desperate

Any solutions?

Considering the nature of the problem, I strongly recommend that you follow CastleCops' Malware Removal and Prevention procedure, a system CastleCops devised to enable users to either partially, or fully clean their systems without the direct aid of an expert.
