i do not build computers, so if you guys could advise me on a manufactured system already built, something like the dell XPS, if I could get some feedback on which you all might think would be the meanest of them all =)

Check Alienware, they are owned by Dell, and manufacture the top of the line gaming hardware. Dell acquired them about 2 years ago, to provide them with access to the top of the line gamer market.

Another good one to look at is Falcon-NW, they put together top of the line gamer systems.

Finally, you might think about a high quality local shop to custom build for you according to your specs.
